All nominees are formally invited to accept their nomination. If any individual or organization chooses to decline, they are simply removed from consideration.

Our dedicated research team carefully reviews all materials submitted by nominees, ensuring that winners are chosen based on merit rather than popularity. In addition, the team conducts independent research using publicly available sources to gather further insights and make well-informed decisions.

Once the winners are selected, they are personally informed before any public announcement is made. This allows time for internal communication and coordination of marketing strategies before the news is shared with a wider audience.

To encourage participation, we do not require nominees to disclose who nominated them. No, we do not host a celebratory event. While such occasions can be enjoyable, they don’t align with our philosophy of cost-effective marketing. Instead of investing in a ceremonial evening, we focus on providing a year’s worth of online exposure for winners. Announcements are made digitally across our platforms, reinforcing our role as digital publishers. Our goal is to equip winners with digital tools that deliver real-world value.

Once notified, a brief press embargo is placed while our program manager works with you to determine your preferred method of recognition. We typically offer digital coverage in a celebratory magazine, but also provide options such as digital certificates, etc. tailored to your needs.

There are no mandatory fees for accepting a nomination or winning an award with Excellence Awards. While we do offer a range of optional paid benefits, such as promotional packages, these are entirely voluntary. To demonstrate our commitment, every winner receives a complimentary promotional package. Our policy ensures that regardless of budget, winners can fully leverage the award’s value and our seal of approval.
